Lunkers Bait & Tackle Company opened for business back in 1995 as a small "Bait & Tackle" Shop.

Looking to grow our business , we moved our business to downtown Ashland MA.

With about 3000 sq. ft.  to work with, we started offering  Fireplace supplies, Stoves and Hearth accessories to our customers.

This part of our business has grown rapidly to become a major part of what we do.

 We have earned the right credentials and experience to offer installation and full service for every stove and fireplace we sell. If we sell it, we service it! 

 As simple as this seems, this is rarely the case of most Hearth retailers.

Our passion for The Great Outdoors remains untouched. 

However, with  our cozy wood, pellet and gas stoves and fireplaces, we love being Indoors as well...

As always, we continue to offer quality fishing tackle, hunting, camping and boating supplies.

We are an authorized dealer for several quality stove and fireplace manufacturers.

 With full service in mind, we offer full  installation and maintenance.

We want to make sure that our customers are fully satisfied with the products we offer. When service is needed, we are here for you.

We  also carry a variety of fireplace screens and toolsets, fireplace glass enclosures, and many other accessories and supplies.

Outdoor Department

Fishing bait  and tackle is how we started, and we continue to offer great variety and selection.

 We also carry Pelican fishing boats, canoes and Kayaks as well as a fair selection of camping and hunting supplies.

In Winter, when Ice-fishing season arrives, we have all the equipment necessary for a day on the ice, including power Ice augers, ice fishing traps and sleds.

Don't forget the Live Bait, and ours is always fresh and has the best reputation around, so our customers tell us. We have Saltwater frozen baits as well.

 In contrast to the "Mega Retailers" we offer a unique perspective and our own hands-on experience. We love the outdoors, and so do our loyal customers. We offer many specialty services such as rod and reel repair, tackle made to order, and are always glad to special order hard-to-find items.
